The outbreak of COVID-19 has made we see the value of intelligent delivery robots in the medical field.Drug distribution service is an important part of hospital delivery system. The application of intelligent hospital drug delivery robots can improve the efficiency of drug distribution and reduce the pressure of staff. At the present stage, the research on intelligent hospital drug delivery robots mainly focuses on the improvement of the technical level, and lacks sufficient research and analysis of the actual needs of users. Therefore, the interaction interface design of intelligent hospital drug delivery robots can not well meet the functional needs of the actual use of medical staff. In view of the above problems, this paper designs and studies the interactive interface design of the intelligent hospital drug delivery robot from the perspective of user needs.First, conduct research on existing drug delivery methods, analyze the problems of traditional delivery methods, and clarify the application value of the intelligent hospital drug delivery robot.Second, the questionnaire method and KJ method are used to construct the user demand hierarchy model, and RAHP is used to calculate user demand weights to determine key user needs. On this basis, combined with the FAST method, the user needs are transformed into product functions, and a product function system model guided by user needs is constructed. It is used as the basis for the design of the interactive interface of the intelligent hospital drug delivery robot. And then put forward the design principles and design strategies of the interactive interface of the intelligent hospital drug delivery robot. Finally, the physical interface and information interface of the intelligent hospital drug delivery robot are designed and practiced based on the research results.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the user satisfaction of the design scheme. The evaluation results show that the design scheme can meet the needs of users well. This paper combines RAHP method and FAST method to study the relationship between user needs and product functions. It improves the practicability and effectiveness of the interface functions of the hospital intelligent drug delivery robots and the satisfaction of user experience.Provide references for theoretical and applied research in related fields in the future. |
