Risk Management Research Of Supply Chain Finance Ecosystem

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the development mode based on supply chain finance ecology.There have been a lot of researches on the development course,organization mode,risk identification and management of supply chain finance,but few researches on supply chain finance ecology.Compared with supply chain finance,each enterprise has a certain position in the supply chain.Different supply chains intertwine to form an ecological circle,and countless ecological circles eventually form a complete economic operation network.In this sense,supply chain is an ecosystem.Only by constructing a perfect ecosystem can the real economy develop in a healthy and orderly way.At present our country economy enters the new normal,the economic downward pressure is great,the real economy high-quality development cannot rely on a few enterprises or the industry only,also needs to fill the supply chain individual enterprise or the ecological circle single industry chain shortcoming,promotes the ecological circle each supply chain common development progress.Based on this background,this paper makes a preliminary theoretical study on the model of supply chain financial ecosystem and its risks.This paper adopts case study method,combs through relevant literature and data,firstly summarizes the concepts of supply chain finance basic theory,risk inside supply chain finance,risk outside supply chain,and then explains it with information asymmetry,financial bullwhip and risk management.Taking Xiaomi as an example,this paper analyzes the development background of Xiaomi's supply chain finance ecosystem,core products of the supply chain ecosystem and the risk management measures of Xiaomi's current supply chain finance using Xiaomi's research and listing data.The research shows that the development from supply chain finance to supply chain finance ecology is a trend in recent years.Xiaomi has established a supply chain finance ecology platform based on itself and hardware equipment as its core carrier.Within Xiaomi,the development of Internet of Things(Io T)technology can achieve internal closed-loop and build a complete information system.Big data technology could create better data adoption for Xiaomi as a whole,reducing the cost of financial data collection.However,no matter what kind of financial model,innovation is a constant theme.Supply chain finance innovation plays a huge role in supply-side reforms.
