| wMPS(workshop Measuring and Positioning System)is a new type of distributed measurement system for large-scale positioning and measurement.It has been widely used in aerospace,large ships and other high-end equipment manufacturing fields.At present,with the improvement of the stability of the transmitter station,the performance bottleneck of the system is gradually shifting from the transmitter station to the frontend photoelectric signal receiving and processing flow.There are problems such as the inversion of the optical pulse width of the receiver affecting the measurement range,the introduction of errors in the package of the photodetector,and the increase in the transmission pressure of the rotation speed.It is difficult to meet the high-precision requirements of the wMPS measurement system.In view of the above situation,this article has carried out the following research work:1.The current research status of photoelectric detection and signal processing has been introduced,and the problems introduced by the existing receiver and processor to the wMPS measurement system have been analyzed.On this basis,a new four-quadrant detector has been used as the photosensitive unit,combined with the wMPS measurement principle,a digital detection method based on the symmetry of the scanning light is proposed to realize the dynamic detection of the scanning light center.2.According to the characteristics of the four-quadrant detector,the hardware circuit design has been implemented to realize the circuit design of the receiving unit and the processing unit;On this basis,the embedded system design and software design have been carried out,and the work flow and pulse matching algorithm have been designed.3.In order to meet the needs of the positioning system algorithm and performance debugging in the small laboratory environment,an algorithm has been designed to calculate the light plane rotation angle of the transmitting station based on the actual measured coordinate data and the internal and external parameters of the transmitting station,thereby calculating the analog signal input parameters.The waveform simulation of the four-quadrant detector has been realized.4.According to the design of hardware and software,the newly designed of fourquadrant receiver and the spherical receiver were compared by using the wMPS measurement system as the experimental platform.The experimental results showed that the stability of the four-quadrant receiver during rotation is higher,and the measurement accuracy is higher during the movement along the linear guide,which can better meet the high-precision requirements of the wMPS measurement system. |
