| With the rapid development of Internet technology,the demand of ordinary users and entity enterprises for modern logistics continues to grow,accompanied by high requirements for the service quality of logistics enterprises.In order to deliver goods quickly,transport stably and reduce costs,a large number of logistics enterprises began to use modern business models to online the logistics operation process for convenient management.The amount of data generated by large logistics enterprises in the process of operation is very large.It is necessary to extract valuable data from them and analyze them,so as to provide accurate and timely decision-making basis for enterprises to formulate business plans.Based on the above background,starting from the needs of users,a logistics operation data analysis system is designed and implemented.The operation flow data in the process of logistics operation is processed into different types of index data,which are analyzed and displayed in four functional modules: overview,product analysis,customer type and realtime dispatch.Each module has both vertical index comparison within a period of time and horizontal index comparison between the same group of regions,which provides multidimensional and multi-level business analysis results for the decision-makers of logistics enterprises.At the design and implementation level,the system mainly involves the background management of ordinary user data and the aggregation analysis of massive logistics operation data.Therefore,My SQL database is used for user background management to ensure the consistency of data after updating.Click House database is used for the aggregation analysis of tens of millions of level data,and the results can be returned in hundreds of milliseconds,It greatly improves the operation efficiency of the system.At the same time,Redis cache data layer is added between business logic layer and data persistence layer to further improve the query efficiency of the system.The database used in this system adopts distributed architecture to ensure the reliability and stability in concurrent scenarios,and its main and standby design provides guarantee for the security of system data.In addition to the basic functions,the system also divides the permissions of users in different regions to ensure data security,and designs and implements the message push function for the operation and maintenance personnel.The customized operation message push of users can be realized through flexible configuration,so as to cultivate users’ use habits and improve system access.At present,after the design,implementation and system test,the system has been officially launched and is running smoothly.All functions are normal and the user experience is good. |
