With the rapid advancements in information technology,including the Internet of Things,5G networks,and artificial intelligence,smart towns have emerged as a representation of this progress.In particular,digital twin technology has the capability to integrate physical and data spaces through simulation,resulting in a synergistic effect both online and offline.Under the digital governance model,real-time simulation technology plays a crucial role in deducing various people flow guidance decisions,thereby serving as a vital reference for town operators when making final decisions to enhance overall operational efficiency.In order to achieve a real smart town simulation effect,it is necessary for virtual individuals to exhibit behavioral logic that closely resembles that of real-world people.Therefore,the research on predictive modeling and simulation of personal behavior in virtual towns is focused on in this thesis.The main work is as follows:1.A prediction model of personal behavior in a virtual town is designed.The overall framework of the model is designed in a top-down manner in this thesis,and the model is divided into the information perception layer,decision evaluation layer,decision execution layer,and behavior feedback layer.The functions and structures of each layer are defined,and the collaboration mode between layers and the working mechanism of the model are designed.2.The algorithm for individual behavior prediction is designed,mainly including the response utility algorithm at the information perception layer,the dual-system decision algorithm at the decision evaluation layer and the behavior feedback utility algorithm at the decision execution layer.3.A simulation scene is constructed with a smart town in a certain place as the background,and a simulation verification system is developed.In this scenario,simulation experiments are carried out on the personal behavior prediction model proposed in the thesis.Individual behavior experiments and interest tendency experiments are designed for the model respectively.The experimental results demonstrate that the model can simulate human behavior more realistically,which verifies the feasibility of the model.The virtual town simulation deduction system designed and implemented in this thesis has guiding significance and application value for improving the overall operating efficiency of the town.
