| The demand for data transmission rate of wireless communication system is getting higher and higher,and it is expected to reach the level of Tbps in the future,which requires the development of higher communication frequency band for information transmission.As one of the key technologies of 6th Generation Wireless Systems,the terahertz frequency band has rich frequency resources,and has the characteristics of ultra-wideband information transmission.It is expected to achieve the data transmission rate of Tbps.Wireless channel is the transmission medium of the transceiver of communication system,and is an important research direction of communication system.This thesis studies the terahertz channel from two aspects of channel measurement and channel modeling.The main contributions are as follows:based on the channel measurement theory,a terahertz channel measurement platform based on the vector network analyzer has been built,and the 280GHz-320GHz channel measurement has been carried out,the blocking effect of common objects and human heads in life has been studied,and the impact of obstacles of different materials,thickness and area on the terahertz channel has been studied.A geometric random-based indoor terahertz channel model is proposed.The model takes into account the height difference between the transmitter and the receiver.This thesis uses the existing literature data to verify the rationality of the model,derives the formula of the channel characteristics,and carries out the channel characteristics simulation and space-time correlation analysis at 300GHz based on the model. |
