With the technical standards being gradually advanced,the rapid expansion of demands for various communication services has caused 5G wireless communication technology to develop and mature.However,the demand for spectrum resources has been on the rise,resulting in a scarcity of low frequency band spectrum.Consequently,new services requiring a great deal of spectrum resources are planning to deploy in the millimeter wave band.However,some millimeter wave bands have not been clearly allocated by International Telecommunication Union,such as 24.25-27.5 GHz,38-39.5GHz and 47.2-47.5GHz.Therefore,before the deployment of these communication services,it is necessary to consider the coexistence situation between different communication systems in these frequency bands,so as to provide a reference basis for a rational allocation of these frequency bands in the future.This thesis focuses on the IMT-2020 system and high altitude platform,38-39.5GHz is selected to be researched in these candidate frequency bands.In this thesis,deterministic level and system level coexistence analysis of the two communication systems are carried out.This thesis is split into two parts:(1)Examining the IMT-2020 system and high altitude platform,the deployment environment and propagation characteristics,and single link propagation in the most unfavorable conditions,the two communication systems are examined as the interferer and the victim,respectively.Finally,the deterministic interference calculation results are obtained,and the corresponding suggestions for interference management are given to protect the coexistence of the two systems in this frequency band.(2)Based on the deterministic analysis results of IMT-2020 system and high altitude platform,the system level simulation platform of IMT2020 system and high-altitude platform is designed and developed.The Monte Carlo simulation method is used to analyze the system level coexistence situation between the two communication systems,and the simulation results are obtained.Combined with the respective interference thresholds of the two communication systems,reasonable advice for interference management are given to guarantee that IMT-2020 system and high-altitude platform can be deployed in the same area and frequency as far as possible.
