Various e-commerce platforms use big data and algorithm technology to approach first-degree price discrimination in pricing.Since this kind of behavior was exposed in the name of "Big data-enabled price discrimination against existing customers",there have been constant calls for its supervision and governance. With the development of the platform economics,Chinese regulators have also imposed strong supervision on such behavior. However, due to the specific impact of algorithmic discriminatory pricing is still controversial, there are many problems in the implementation of strong regulatory policies. Therefore, from the perspective of saving public resources and supporting the free development of the market, this thesis establishes an evolutionary game between the platform and users to explore the conditions and stability of different equilibrium points in the context of freely transferring platforms.According to the derived theoretical conditions,Octave was used for numerical simulation to infer the factors affecting the discriminatory pricing and the realistic prerequisites that need to be met to achieve the ideal state without algorithmic discriminatory pricing, and to determine whether it is possible to intervene without supervision and other than supervision. On this basis, combined with the current demand for supervision, analyze the role of fines and other means on the governance of algorithmic discriminatory pricing.According to the research, the intervention of regulation can improve some of the unhealthy conditions of algorithmic discriminatory pricing, but it does not require strong measures such as monitoring, proof, and fines, etc.Improving the level of market competition and developing multiple competitive platforms is the most direct solution. Therefore, the current regulatory concept of algorithmic discriminatory pricing should be changed from a complete prohibition policy to a targeted specific analysis based on the actual application scenario, considering user protection and strengthening market competition.
