Now that the digital economy is booming,the epidemic in 2020 is forcing the acceleration of digital transformation.In the era of digital economy,data,as a factor of production,is a booster for the development of the data economy.Therefore,establishing a healthy and efficient data transaction and circulation market and promoting the circulation of production factors has become an important issue in the digital economy.Whether data can flow frequently is a key factor to judge the quality of a data circulation market,and the flow of data must involve the pricing of data.With the development of the data circulation market,the current attention to data pricing has also increased.However,due to the complexity of the data itself,the research on data pricing is still in its infancy,and theoretical research is still far behind the data trading market.development requirements.This research focuses on the research on the pricing model of the whole life cycle of data products.First,based on the product chain of the core industry chain of the data trading market,the market economic entities are sorted out,mainly including data resource providers,data derivatives processors,data product trading platforms,and data products.demand side.The whole life cycle price system of data products is sorted out through the value chain.In this price system,the research focuses on the formation of two types of prices.One is the circulation of data product prices within the supply side,that is,the distribution of interests on the supply side;It is the determination of the transaction price of data products on the supply side and the demand side.For the determination of the transaction price of data products,this paper proposes a pricing model based on the value dimension,and uses this model to obtain the listing price,and then uses this price as the basis for bargaining to conduct a bargaining game,and designs a two-stage online bargaining mechanism.The first stage In order to negotiate the value of the value dimension factor,the second stage is the negotiation of pure price,and multiple rounds can be set according to the actual situation of the transaction in both stages.Aiming at the problem of supply-side benefit distribution,this paper proposes to build an industry alliance,build a cooperative game model of data resource providers,data derivatives processors,and data product trading platforms,and adopts the benefit distribution model based on the Shapley value method.It proves the rationality and feasibility of benefit distribution.Finally,the pricing model for the whole life cycle of data products is judged,and it is believed that it meets the standards of interpretability,stability,authenticity,fairness,revenue maximization,no arbitrage,and privacy protection,but it loses certain computing efficiency.Improving the pricing mechanism of data products is crucial for the clarification of data assets and the effective allocation of data resources.In the long run,only a reasonable price of data products can promote the smooth flow of data and give full play to the value of data as a new type of production factor,thus truly making big data a new driving force for high-quality economic and social development.
