Research On Application Software Performance Test Based On JMeter

In today’s Internet era,application software has become an indispensable part of people’s life and work.With the continuous development and progress of application software,performance testing becomes more and more important.In order to ensure the efficient operation and user experience of application software,it is necessary to conduct comprehensive performance testing.To address the above situation,this paper conducts a study on the performance testing of application software,which is reflected in the following aspects:First,performance testing related technologies are studied,and the selection of performance testing tools is analyzed.After comprehensive consideration,JMeter is chosen as the performance testing tool in this paper.The testing process,testing components and advantages of JMeter were studied,which laid the foundation for the subsequent testing work.Then,the operation and maintenance security audit system is selected as a typical case of application software,and the performance testing scheme of the JMeter-based operation and maintenance security audit system is designed.Among them,the operation of the regular functions of the system adopts the combination of Badboy+JMeter to implement HTTP sampler for performance testing;the operation and maintenance operation process of logging into the target device server adopts the self-developed JAVA sampler in JMeter for targeted performance testing,and develops customized performance test samplers for SSH proxy,database proxy and RDP proxy.The SSH sampler implements functions such as establishing connections,transferring files,and disabling specified commands;the database sampler implements functions such as packet parsing,data desensitization,and high-risk command filtering;and the RDP sampler implements functions such as authentication,RDP service support,and auditing file records.Finally,the performance testing experiments of the operation and maintenance security audit system are conducted based on JMeter,including building test environment,making test plan and implementing test process.Based on the analysis of the test results,some optimization and transformation suggestions for the O&M security audit system are proposed.At the same time,this paper also has a guiding significance for the scheme design and testing process of performance testing based on JMeter,which has a certain reference value for improving the performance and reliability of application software.
