With the continuous development of science and technology,intelligent robots have gradually replaced human inspection work in some industrial and agricultural production scenarios with their excellent performance.This article mainly focuses on the inspection robot of the heating network tunnel.To solve the problems caused by the special nature of the tunnel environment,such as high calculation pressure for the single robot inspection,difficulty in autonomous positioning,single function of supporting monitoring software,and difficulty in configuration,a lightweight multisensor information fusion positioning method is proposed.Based on this method,a user-oriented electronic map of the heating network tunnel is constructed,which integrates monitoring,control,feedback display,and task configuration A web monitoring platform that integrates personnel management and other functions.Firstly,based on the actual situation of high temperature,high humidity,difficulty in setting up active base stations,and no need for self-built high-dimensional maps in the heat supply network tunnel,an improved Kalman filter positioning method with multi-sensor information fusion is proposed,which only requires setting passive markers on the inspection path that are convenient for visual inspection and do not require frequent maintenance,It can improve the noise resistance and accuracy of system positioning estimation without increasing the additional load and computational pressure of the robot.Through positioning algorithms,users can clearly understand the real-time position and motion status of the robot.This map can be customized for path planning and management on the monitoring platform.Secondly.an overall scheme and communication scheme for a front-end and backend separated monitoring platform designed based on the B/S(Browser/Server)mode were proposed.Compared to the traditional C/S mode,it greatly simplifies the configuration of client operations.In addition.the platform has introduced a system,which not only enhances the operational space of the client but also divides functional areas.making it easier for the management of the entire platform.Finally.complete the implementation of the functional scheme of the entire platform.The back-end is built based on the Aliyun live broadcast platform,Aliyun server.SQL Server,Redis cluster,and Nginx reverse proxy server,and serves as the middleware for live broadcast service forwarding.CDN forwarding;The front-end uses Vue.js for the design and front-end display of specific functional modules.
