| With the development of information technology such as Internet,cloud computing and big data,Internet gene has penetrated into all walks of life,bringing unprecedented changes to all walks of life.The integration of Internet and tourism has become the trend of The Times,and the tourism industry is transforming and upgrading towards smart tourism and digital tourism.Tourism APP is a new product of the Internet era,and it has been favored by the majority of users since its appearance.Tourism APP greatly promotes the development of the "Internet +tourism" model.Tourism APP collects,organizes and processes tourism information resources,and transmits tourism information to users through a one-stop information service platform,making tourists travel more convenient and fast.In the Internet era,users’ demand for tourism is constantly rising,and they are increasingly pursuing personalized and diversified tourism methods.At present,the market competition in the tourism industry is fierce,and there are numerous tourism APP companies.In order to achieve sustainable development,tourism apps not only need to absorb new users,but also need to improve their own information service level to consolidate the existing user base.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the impact of tourism APP information service on users’ willingness to continue using.After reading a large number of literatures related to tourism information service,this study,based on relevant theories such as technology acceptance model,continuous use model of information system and success model of information system,and combined with the actual situation of tourism APP,proposed 7 variables including information quality,system quality,service quality,perceived usefulness,perceived entertainment,satisfaction and continuous use intention.In addition,11 research hypotheses are proposed and a model of the impact of tourism APP information service on the intention of continuous use is constructed.The empirical study is expected to provide some theoretical basis for tourism APP enterprises to understand the needs of users,improve the level of information service,enhance the intention of continuous use of users,and further consolidate the user base.The data were collected in the form of questionnaires,and the statistical analysis software SPSS and AMOS were used to test and fit the model.Finally,the revised structural equation model was confirmed.Through the research,it was found that the quality of tourism APP system had a significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness.Tourism APP service quality has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness;Tourism APP information quality has a significant positive impact on satisfaction;Perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on satisfaction;Perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on the intention to continue using;Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on continuous use intention;Perceived entertainment has a significant positive effect on satisfaction.According to the analysis of the research results,this study provides some countermeasures and suggestions for tourism APP enterprises to improve users’ willingness to continue using: enrich information content and improve information quality;Improve system stability,simple interface design;Using big data algorithms to optimize personalized services;Incorporate entertainment and explore more gameplay.It is hoped that the conclusions and suggestions of this study can provide some help for tourism APP enterprises to improve their information service level,so that users can get more comfortable service experience when using tourism apps,and the tourism industry can achieve higher quality development in the stage of high-quality development. |
