Accessed to real time location information of users is a prerequisite for LBS services.With the leak The emergence of China internet map in 2006 and the popularity of location-based services has spawned diversified application of combination of LBS technology and multiple domains.For example,entertaining check-in social APP,self-service software for intelligent navigation,real time monitoring of logistics terminal and so on.of location information,the location privacy of the user and the privacy of user-sensitive information related to the location may be infringed.Therefore,the key to protecting user's location information from leaking is how to moderately sacrifice the LBS service quality to meet the user's location privacy protection requirements.The main research work of this paper started from the following aspects:(1)The location privacy protection methods in existing LBS services is analyzed.This paper studied the location privacy attack model and identified the attack problems that need to be resisted,summarized the existing universal location privacy protection system and established the model structure of location privacy protection method in this paper.(2)In order to effectively measure the quality of LBS service and location privacy protection,the advantages and disadvantages of existing typical location-based anonymous algorithms are analyzed.Inspired by the density of grid users,an optimal anonymous domain location privacy protection method based on user density is designed.This method designs a personalized data structure,using reasonable dynamic shrinkage and expansion rules to find the most suitable anonymous domain,and reduces the anonymous domain as much as possible to meet the user privacy parameter configuration,thereby improving LBS service quality.(3)The location awareness issues under continuous query requests are analyzed.In order to resist the continuous intersection attack model,a location privacy protection method for continuous location awareness is designed based on the snapshot query location protection method proposed in this paper.The method not only satisfies the location privacy requirements of user's dynamic changes,but also can effectively reduce the area of the anonymous domain and improve the quality of service compared to the existing location-aware algorithms.(4)This paper selected the mobile object simulation data sets generated by the Network-based Generator of Moving Objects to perform simulation experiments for two location privacy protection methods proposed in this paper.Using a reasonable evaluation standard to perform comparative evaluation of the algorithm,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.In addition,this paper selected and cleaned a set of real road network floating car data to achieve a certain application for location privacy protection methods,which proves the feasibility of the method.Finally,the application prospects of location privacy protection based on location services in different fields are discussed.
