Recently,the country has been comprehensively building a socialist modern nation in a new era.There exists significant achievement for building freeways.However,during the construction process,there exists seriously waste materials and equipment resources in road-bridge engineering.However,the recycling of materials and equipment in road-bridge engineering is still in the exploration stage.There are few the design and development on digital platforms for equipment management.With the rapid development of Internet technology,it is of great significance to explore a new standardized,integrated,and networked management mode for road-bridge engineering materials and equipment.And it is important to carry out research and design of a circular economy oriented road-bridge engineering materials and equipment management system.This dissertation conducts in-depth field research in enterprises,comprehensively analyzes the needs of enterprises,and designs and implements a circular economy oriented road-bridge engineering equipment management platform.This system is developed to solve the problems of material management and transportation costs and serious resource waste in construction enterprises.By providing reusable materials and equipment for the enterprises,it can do energy saving and emission reduction.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The development mode of separating the front and rear ends is adopted.The front and rear ends respectively use the Vue.js and Beego frameworks to interact with data through the lightweight data format JSON(Java Script Object Notation).The overall architecture of the system is divided into a foreground client and a background management system,and the relational database My SQL is selected for data storage.(2)We design the first information system architecture for the recycling of road-bridge equipment in China,and implement a recycling platform for road-bridge equipment.The platform provides idle material storage space for enterprises.The platform management includes the creation and maintenance of the platform,material warehousing management,and base material inventory and verification functions.In the material management module,it contains the classifying recyclable materials,and adding parameters and attributes based on their categories.Therefore,the users can find the detailed information of the materials and select the most suitable materials when purchasing.(3)We design an online office system for recycling road-bridge equipment,and design a customer relationship management function based on clues for the specific needs of enterprises.The online office module includes application,management,browsing,customer,service,and contract management.Department managers can easily handle their own department’s affairs.Customer managers can maintain customer relationships,develop more partners,further expand platform information sharing,and achieve recycling of more materials.(4)To ensure data security,the system used JWT(JSON Web Token)for authentication.The RBAC(Role-Based Access Control)permission system based on the separation of the front and rear ends of the permission tree is implemented using Goland,which brings convenience to enterprise management.This thesis has developed the first domestic infrastructure platform,which can share the information of the industry material.With the deployment and application of this platform,the enterprise construction costs have been reduced significantly.This software system can achieve the recycling of road-bridge materials and equipment,and contribute to promoting the development of a green and low-carbon circular economy system.
