In biology,the sensory systems play a key role in providing conscious guidance for human action/decision making.The olfactory system,which completes the detection of odours by receptor cells in the nose and makes rapid decisions in the brain,is one of the most important but less studied sensory systems.In the research of artificial olfactory system,the learning and memory of gas information is a key part of the research.The amnestic resistor can combine data storage and computation,and by integrating with gas sensors can realize the integration of sensing,storage and computation,so the research of artificial olfactory system based on amnestic resistor is of great significance.Based on the memory characteristics of biomemristor and the sensing characteristics of WO3-Ti O2 based gas sensor,four artificial olfactory systems are constructed and their specific functions are realized in this paper.An artificial olfactory system constructed with tremella memristor and WO3-Ti O2@MWCNTs gas sensor in series LED realizes the visualization of gas information.An artificial olfactory system constructed by chitosan memristor and WO3-Ti O2@GQDs gas sensor realizes the human nose covering behavior under high concentration of dangerous gas environment.An artificial olfactory system constructed by pectin memristor and WO3-Ti O2@Ag NPs gas sensor realizes the automatic air purification function when people are in dangerous gas environment for a long time.An artificial olfactory system built with soybean memristor and WO3-Ti O2@Au NPs gas sensor can warn people who are repeatedly exposed to dangerous gas environment. |
