| Nowadays,the application of Internet technology is more and more extensive,and people’s dining style has undergone earth-shaking changes.More and more people choose to order takeout to solve their own dining problems.Takeout brings convenience to people,but it also causes the pressure of distribution.Especially during the peak meal time in crowded places,the unequal information and inconsistent time between food delivery staff and consumers lead to low efficiency of food delivery,and problems such as wrong or lost take-out by consumers emerge in endlessly,which has become a pain point to be solved urgently.To solve these problems,some cities have applied take-out cabinet products,but the current products still have some problems,such as cumbersome use process,single function and poor sanitary conditions,which can’t effectively solve the contradiction of take-out delivery.In order to solve the above problems,based on the service design theory,this paper designs and studies the Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system.Firstly,the service design and Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system are studied theoretically,and the definition,design principles,design elements,design processes and tools of service design are mastered,and the system structure,system technical characteristics and service mode of Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system are understood.On this basis,the service design process of Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system is determined.Secondly,design and analyze the Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system.Firstly,use the questionnaire survey method to understand the existing problems of the current products and users’ views,then build the user role model with the help of stakeholders and user interview tools.Through the user experience map and contact point matrix,determine that the service contacts of the system are take-out storage devices and We Chat applets,investigate and analyze the related products of the current Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system,and use Kano model to investigate users’ demand for product functions.Then,the solution of the system is put forward,and the actual function realization mode is put forward.With the help of the service blueprint,the service flow of the system is displayed,and the equipment and small programs of the Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system are designed and practiced.Finally,the SERVQUAL model is used to evaluate the service quality of the Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system,evaluate the software and hardware products of the system,and propose the direction of optimization and iteration.This paper is a research on the design of Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system based on the concept of service design.The core users are food delivery staff and take-out customers,and it is suitable for crowded places.Focusing on users,integrating users’ actual needs,improving the service flow of the Intelligent take-out storage and withdrawal system and improving the efficiency of food delivery and taking-out,ensure the hygiene and safety of take-away storage,this paper puts forward a new research scheme to solve the problem that the terminal equipment of take-out delivery is difficult to use at present. |
