| With the development of the Internet revolution,the "Internet plus" model has been more comprehensively and deeply applied in all walks of life.As a new service mode of "Internet plus+medical",online health community provides a new way for people to access medical resources and health information.At the same time,with the increasingly prominent problem of population aging in China,more and more elderly people have become users of online health communities.However,due to the generally poor network information literacy of the elderly,many elderly people cannot timely and effectively access health resources through online health communities,leading to the deepening of the contradiction between the health needs of the elderly and online health community services.Therefore,from the perspective of user profiling,this article takes the elderly user group in online health communities as the research object,and conducts research on precise recommendation services for elderly users in online health communities.The main research content and work of this article include the following aspects:(1)Organize and read relevant literature in the current field,analyze the current research status of user profiles and online health communities at home and abroad,elaborate on relevant concepts,and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of theoretical models and empirical research in the following text.(2)With the help of VALS2 market segmentation theory,a user profile label system was built.With reference to the user life cycle theory,an online health community elderly user profile model was built.The elderly users were divided into three categories: early introduction,growth and maturity.(3)On the basis of the elderly user profile model,an online health precise recommendation service model for the elderly user group is proposed.The model is divided into data integration layer,user profile layer,service recommendation layer,and user interaction layer.(4)Based on the precise recommendation service model for elderly users,combined with the current service status of online health communities,this paper proposes an implementation method for the precise recommendation service model for elderly users in online health communities from two aspects: relying on platforms and relying on data security guarantees.Through the study of precise recommendation services for elderly users in online health communities in this article,on the one hand,it enriches the theoretical methods of user research in online health communities;On the other hand,it provides reference for online health communities to provide precise recommendation services for elderly users,which has practical significance in improving the quality of online health community services and better meeting the health needs of the elderly population. |
