The rapid development of the postal express industry has brought about a substantial increase in the number of express delivery orders.The actual situation of the user information on the express receipts of different logistics companies was investigated,and it was found that most of the user privacy information on the delivery receipts,including names,phone numbers,and detailed addresses,were presented in plain text,posing a security risk of privacy leakage.At present,only JD Logistics and SF Express have taken measures to protect some of the information on the express delivery form.De-identified,but the address details are not processed.This de-identified privacy sheet can protect user privacy to a certain extent,but it has not formed a norm in the delivery industry.In addition to the leakage of user information on express delivery orders,loopholes in the information management system associated with express delivery business are even more hidden dangers.Some lawbreakers colluded with the internal employees of express delivery companies,and used the operation rights of employees to export users’ personal information in large quantities,exposing the security risks in the design of the information system.In August 2021,the state passed the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China",which illustrates the state’s concern and emphasis on the protection of personal information in the Internet age.Starting from the actual problem of the clear text display of user information on the express delivery form,this paper proposes to use a hybrid encryption method to protect user privacy information after investigating the existing express mailing procedures and analyzing the research status at home and abroad.System design and implementation to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Starting from the theoretical method,study the encryption and decryption principles in cryptography,compare the performance of encryption algorithms,and use hybrid encryption to balance security strength and encryption efficiency.Starting from technical practice,we use WeChat applet technology to develop the client of the mailing system,Spring Boot framework to develop back-end application services,and MySQL relational database to store system data.On the express face sheet,the user’s private information is encrypted and presented in the form of a QR code to avoid the clear text display of the user’s personal information;at the information system security level,the transmission and storage security of the system is guaranteed by means of encryption,authority control,and data classification and grading.In order to provide safe and reliable services,the system is designed for layered security and high-availability architecture,and the quality of system service is guaranteed through technical means such as Docker container deployment,Nginx load balancing,and MySQL master-slave backup.From the analysis of the test results,the delivery system designed and implemented in this paper can not only protect the privacy of users on the"explicit" express delivery form,but also ensure the security of information in the "implicit" information system.
