| With the widespread application of blockchain technology,more and more people choose digital currency as the transaction medium.Bitcoin ranks first in market value among all digital currencies.A large number of Bitcoin illegal transactions take place every day,such as darknet market transactions,ransomware ransom collection,phishing,money laundering,etc.How to analyze the illegal transaction in the Bitcoin system and how to trace the source and destination of Bitcoin transaction are very important.Therefore,this paper has researched and designed an analysis and traceability system for Bitcoin illegal transaction.The main work and research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of Bitcoin transaction behavior analysis and Bitcoin transaction detection in the darknet market,this paper proposes a method for analyzing Bitcoin transaction behavior in the darknet market based on the darknet market operation mode,and proposes a Bitcoin transaction detection method based on the analysis of Bitcoin transaction behavior.This paper sorts out the current transaction detection methods,summarizes the shortcomings of them,and proposes a more scalable darknet market transaction detection method based on PU Learning,which has achieved good results in the detection of Bitcoin transactions in two darknet markets.(2)Aiming at the traceability of Bitcoin transaction and the deanonymization of Bitcoin address,this paper proposes a visual analysis method of Bitcoin transaction based on multi-dimensional information.The multi-dimensional information includes Bitcoin address label information,Bitcoin address clustering information and Bitcoin transaction graph information.In terms of Bitcoin address label information,this paper integrates the Bitcoin address label information of up to 10 intelligence websites;in terms of clustering information,this paper not only uses the multi input address heuristic clustering information,but also integrates a variety of change address heuristics;In terms of transaction graph information,this paper maps the Bitcoin transaction graph information into a graph data structure,and integrates Bitcoin address label information and Bitcoin address clustering information in the attributes of nodes and edges.This paper implements this method and shows the implementation effect.(3)This paper designs and implements an analysis and traceability system for Bitcoin illegal transaction.The system supports functions such as Bitcoin transaction visualization analysis,Bitcoin address monitoring,data query of Bitcoin on-chain data,and transaction situation analysis of Bitcoin address.Through functional integration,this paper realizes the analysis and traceability system for Bitcoin illegal transaction which provides user friendly interfaces. |
