| In 2011,the Chinese Academy of Sciences launched the first batch of five strategic pilot science and technology projects(category A)including future advanced nuclear fission energy.Among them,the Thorium-based Molten-Salt Reactor(TMSR)project relies on the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The construction of the molten salt pump experimental platform is an indispensable stage in the development of the molten salt pump,and the performance test and operation test of the key equipment prototypes are carried out to provide the basis for the finalization of the system prototype,the supports of test data and key technologies.On the basis of the characteristics of simple operation,friendly interface and humanization of the operator interface,this subject realizes the remote control and monitoring of the molten salt pump experimental platform through the design of the system hardware and software.The molten salt pump experimental platform control system is based on the most commonly used EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)in many large-scale scientific installations in the world.Qt is a graphical interface development framework based on C++,which provides many powerful controls and functional support for the development of human-computer interaction interface of the control system and the display of system data.Compared with MEDM and EDM,which have lost their advantages,Qt provides a better development platform for graphical interfaces.The management mechanism of the front-end interface and the background code ensures that the program developed based on Qt has high scalability,which is convenient for the maintenance of the later code;the characteristics based on C++ ensure the running efficiency of the program.3D visualization technology is more and more widely used in various fields such as virtual scene reality,industrial automation,military,medical treatment,etc.It has become a comprehensive technology across fields.According to the operator interaction requirements of the molten salt pump experimental platform control system,this paper develops the operator interaction interface of the molten salt pump experimental platform control system based on Qt.The main research work of this paper is: using Qt to realize the design of the EPICS control interface of the molten salt pump experimental platform.The open source software Blender builds the 3D model of the molten salt pump platform,and loads the model OBJ file through Qt to realize the 3D display,rotation and zoom functions of the system.By embedding QWT and EPICS Qt into Qt,the remote control of the molten salt pump motor and valve switch is realized,the parameters of the circulating pump control system and the operation of the heat tracing system are monitored,and the dynamic database,static database and historical database are respectively connected.The stable operation of the control system lays a good foundation for the application of Qt and 3D technology to the molten salt reactor control system in the future. |
