| Semiconductor industry plays an important role in the development of modern science and technology.In 1947,the birth of the first transistor at Bell Labs marked the advent of the semiconductor era.63 years later of today,the semiconductor industry become more and more mature.Semiconductor equipment,materials,design,wafer manufacturing,assembly and testing have already been formed a complete industrial chain with efficient division of global resources.With the development of the industry vigorously promoted by the state,it is believed that all domestic semiconductor companies are thinking about how to participate in international competition in the mature market and maximize the industrial dividends.This article takes domestic HD company as the research object,collecting market operation data,dissecting and analyzing the logic chain behind it to find out the existing problems,uses the classic framework of marketing theory to classify and evaluate the impact of current company’s marketing strategy.The data in this article was collected from China customs,the Ministry of Commerce and the National Bureau of Statistics of large-scale enterprise statistics,industry analysis reports,some of the data come from interviews with company employees and market surveys.Through the analysis of worldwide macro industry environment and competition pattern,the study of the history of micro data from the company,striving to summarize the challenges and opportunities,the advantages and disadvantages of HD Technology’s business mode,With the help of marketing analysis tools,combined with Industry and enterprise characteristics,aimed to achieve the goal of improving marketing strategy through process optimization. |
