Interface Design Of Intelligent Analysis Platform For City Level Video Surveillance System

With the continuous promotion of the construction of a safe city in a smart city,the number and scale of networked cameras in the city level public security video private network are usually close to or more than one million.The requirements of intelligent monitoring have changed from the traditional "visible and clear" to the "understandable" monitoring level with the characteristics of artificial intelligence.In view of the current large-scale cameras of the city level public security video network and the actual combat requirements of public security,it has become unrealistic to only rely on manual detection and evaluation of the quality of each camera in the video network system.Carrying out the scientific video quality management of city level cameras has become one of the research hotspots of intelligent security.Aiming at the actual three-level organizational structure of Municipal Bureau,Branch Bureau and police station in the current urban public security video monitoring network,this paper studies the system platform interface design that can support large-scale video stream data and quickly and accurately complete the task of video quality algorithm analysis for any camera.The whole system platform adopts the distributed system architecture.By studying the distributed message queue technology in the distributed system,the interface program design and implementation of the system platform are completed.The system platform takes RK3399 Pro as the core embedded terminal equipment,which solves the problems of insufficient throughput and high hardware cost in the whole system platform.Through the description of message model design,network communication design,message service and message queue management,this paper systematically introduces the design idea and implementation mode of interface program,and also introduces the design and implementation of hardware and software of embedded device based on rk3399 pro chip.This paper describes in detail the design and implementation of the interface program and intelligent terminal platform in the intelligent analysis platform of urban video surveillance system,and tests the availability and stability of the system software function in the laboratory environment.The test results show that the interface design performance of the system platform meets the expected requirements.
