| This paper discusses the software development of the production operation simulation system of Chengyi Company,which aims to meet the needs of the company for the production operation training of its CNC equipment platform,the testing of complex processing schemes and the expansion of equipment functions,and provide users with a comprehensive digital operation simulation environment.The development of this system under the guide of the scientific theory and method of software engineering,numerical control equipment for the user to the actual needs of process simulation,established the main functional requirements,including concrete production practice project information management,nc equipment operation and production process simulation,determine the specific needs of the content and the data processing method,and the use case model is given.The system design adopts the method of object-oriented and hierarchical architecture,and establishes the subsystems and their internal objects,such as training information management,numerical control equipment operation simulation and production process simulation.The system has a rich simulation model library,which can be used to realize continuous state and discrete event simulation.At the same time,it supports the access and analysis of large-scale production operation data,and provides users with operation simulation environment and explicit state of NC operation which is completely consistent with the actual NC equipment platform.The software system is implemented in Windows operating environment and integrated with general relational database.It has been tested and delivered and runs stably.The current application results show that the software has achieved positive results in reducing users’ grasp of complex operation essentials,developing complex numerical control schemes and reducing the cost of new process development. |
