| With the in-depth integration and development of smart phones and the Internet era,mobile apps carry users’ demands for material,psychological and other aspects of life.The traditional logic of the Internet has also changed dramatically.From the past shelf display apps,such as Taobao,Jingdong,Suning,etc.,they have gradually developed into interest-based Internet apps,such as Douyin,Kuaishou,Xiaohongshu,etc.The logical change in the way Internet APPS interact with users is pushing mobile apps to a new stage of development,spawning new transaction and economic growth models,and further meeting the diversified needs of users.Many Internet companies and traditional digital transformation companies are trying to use new communication methods to establish new links with users,so it is becoming more and more important to study the whole path from the design of Internet APP interaction to the conduction of user relationship chain and user retention of terminal community.This paper describes the practical significance of the research on the key elements of interaction design of Internet APP,trigger factors,interactive chain and full-path conduction logic of semi-open community relations through theoretical and realistic background.Through the dominant and recessive factors of triggering factors,the triggering factors are deconstructed and restored to find out the post-conduction elements of interaction design.After induction and analysis,the logical relationship of the case is summarized and further improved on the basis of the original theoretical model.An in-depth analysis of the dominant factors of Little Red book--vision,including color,form,text,structure and texture;And the implicit chain of interactive rituals,including situations,interactions,symbols,rituals,and emotions.Then,through the research of interactive chain theory,it deduces the presentation form of semi-open community relations of interest platform and then deduces the operation mechanism of interactive relationship chain of trigger factors of interaction design.This paper also adopts the method of case longitudinal research to conduct in-depth analysis on the well-known social Internet app xiaohongshu as a case.Taking the core factors of xiaohongshu platform reaching users as an example,this paper analyzes the relationship chain transmission from app interaction design to reaching users.In order to deepen the participation of users,interest platforms can also take measures to strengthen their social value chain,create a good media ecology with the help of social economy,continuously improve the social interweaving of the community,reconstruct the cyberspace with the public trust of the community as the emotional connection,and then successfully retain customers.In addition,how to build a good image and how to realize the accumulated influence to promote their own sustainable development are also issues that interest platforms need to study in depth. |
