| With financial technology constantly evolving,the city commercial banks have increased their capital investment in information technology year by year.In order to improve the level of customer service and enhance the competitiveness of the industry,Y bank decided to add the construction of the smart counter system to the new generation core system group project.The completion of the system can enrich the functions of electronic channels,improve the service efficiency and establish a new service pattern.The system includes client and management terminal.The client terminal is used for clients to handle business and sub-branch administrators to manage vouchers.The management terminal is used for administrators to register devices,report statistics,check transaction vouchers,personnel role change and other functions.The system is designed based on SSM framework and deployed in B/S mode.Bootstrap framework is used to realize the client interface.Data is stored in Oracle database and UML unified modeling language is used for the requirement analysis and design of the system.Based on the client Web browser implements trading interface display,Socket is used for communication among the packets sent and received by various systems.Most non-customer information query transactions in the system are forwarded through channel integration system,which reduces the development workload caused by different types of packets on different system interfaces.This system is based on the counter business process,carries out process reengineering,can handle more types of business,more convenient to use,through the intelligent counter system to achieve transaction integration.Transfer the non-cash business with large volume that can simplify the process to the smart counter and provide a unified and standardized transaction process,which can greatly reduce the pressure on the counter,save the labor cost and effectively improve the service efficiency of the bank.Due to different business systems of banks are different in many aspects such as the system structure or data storage,tellers have repetitive work in handling business.It is an urgent practical problem to exchange business data between multiple heterogeneous systems,realize interconnection requirements and realize multiple information sharing Web Service technology enables multiple interfaces to be connected.SM2 and another country secret algorithms are used to make up for the shortcomings of existing RSA algorithms in security and performance,and F5 load balancing is used to maximize resource utilization.The above techniques and algorithms solve the problems of information independence,business complexity,the interface diversity and message security transmission of the existing smart counter system among multi-agency systems.Finally,through functional testing,performance testing and other testing methods,the design objectives have been basically achieved,and the main functional requirements of the Y Bank smart counter system have been realized. |
