| With the advent of the era of intelligence,artificial intelligence will bring revolutionary changes to the entire express industry.The key to express lies in the healthy operation of the terminal.Therefore,the main competition in the express industry in the future lies in the intelligent competition at the terminal.This paper deeply analyzes the problems encountered by ZTO Express terminal outlets,and studies the intelligent transformation of ZTO Express terminal based on the theoretical knowledge of strategic management,marketing,human resources,and intelligent management.The intelligent transformation of the terminal of ZTO Express provides the basis for decision-making.The intelligent transformation of enterprises is mainly through intelligent management,the synergy of human intelligence and artificial intelligence,personal intelligence and organizational intelligence,enterprise intelligence and social intelligence to meet the challenges of sustainable development.With the rising labor costs at the express terminal and the shrinking of corporate profits,the express terminal has to find new ways to maintain the sustainable development of the enterprise.Through the questionnaire survey on the terminal of ZTO Express,interviews with executives,and on-the-spot inspection,this paper understands the operation of ZTO Express terminal company,and analyzes its internal and external environment,and concludes that the terminal faces unscientific business processes,personnel problems such as chaotic management,duplication of work in finance,customer service and other departments,and low efficiency,Combined with the intelligent experience of benchmarking companies SF Express,JD.com and Germany’s DHL,it is proposed that the terminal of ZTO Express should conform to the trend of the era of intelligence and respond through intelligent transformation and upgrading.Aiming at the three problems found at the end,this paper proposes an intelligent transformation strategy from the aspects of end business process management,human management,finance and customer management.It is recommended to use big data,GIS and other technologies to monitor orders and early warnings in the whole process,and make real-time scheduling to ensure efficient connection of each link.Relying on the construction of terminal intelligent management system and intelligent ecological construction,service personalization,operation automation and intelligent decision-making can be realized.The research on the intelligent strategy of ZTO terminal can not only provide reference suggestions for the strategy formulation and implementation of ZTO express terminal,but also provide reference for the development of related logistics express enterprises. |
