Abstract/Summary:
Because of its advantages of simple operation,low cost and easy realization,the physical method is widely concerned in the field of lamellar material stripping and grinding.Among them,the most commonly used method is mechanical stripping.Through consulting a large number of relevant literature,it is found that some mechanical stripping equipment has low stripping efficiency(grinder grinding),material force irregular lattice damage(ball grinding)and other problems.In order to improve the problems existing in the existing equipment,a sleeve mixer is proposed in this paper.The core design idea is to provide sufficient laminar grinding shear,but also to ensure that the material can be fully through the grinding area.In this mixer,the grinding capability is achieved through a sleeve.The grinding efficiency was improved by changing the end face grinding to the side wall grinding of sleeve.The sleeve is pure shear grinding,so that the wall surface is broken by the impact of the steel ball in the ball grinding.It is worth noting that the play of shear capacity ultimately depends on whether the internal circulation system can repeatedly transport the lapping object to the efficient lapping area.Therefore,this topic focuses on the flow field in the kettle and abrasive circulation.In the course of the project implementation,on the basis of the preliminary design,the configuration of the internal circulating fan,the configuration of the bottom of the kettle,the bottom of the kettle baffle and the structure of the kettle wall were simulated by computer in all aspects,so as to determine the local optimal structure scheme.At the same time,fluidstructure coupling method is used to analyze the influence of mixer operation process on its circulation effect.Finally,the sleeve grinding device developed in this paper was used to finish grinding montmorillonite and verify the performance of the sleeve mixer.In addition,this topic also configured the user data monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology and remote control of wechat small program control system for the experimental device.
