Gas-solid two phase flow exists generally in the industrial production and the detection and control of its parameters are significant for industrial process. It has great difficulties in measuring the flow parameters online because of the complicated and random nature of gas-solid two phase flows process. Therefore, higher demands are put forward for the optimal design for the sensor, measuring method and signal processing etc. in the field of measuring two-phase flow parameters.This subject is set in the detection of gas-solid two-phase flow parameter, taking the finite element software ANSYS as the research platform. The research objects are helical capacitive phase concentration sensor and velocity capacitance sensor based on the spatial filtering. The paper makes use of the research method on the simulation and experimental validation and makes a deep discussion on the sensor optimization. Meanwhile, this paper proposes the spatial filtering algorithm and the algorithm fitted for slug flow to measure the velocity. The main woks are as follows:(1)Make a parameter optimization for the helical capacitance sensor and velocity capacitance sensor based on the spatial filtering according to the different optimization characteristics. Obtain the bested structure parameters and improve of sensor's performance. Meanwhile, analyze the sensitivity and uniformity of slug capacitance sensor;(2)Simulate the impact of plate rotation angle and phase distribution to the helical capacitance sensor, also make a research of the relationship between the phase concentration and output of sensor. The experiment is done to validate the conclusion;(3)Compare different kinds of the sensor structure which is based on the spatial filtering method to measure the velocity form the point of electricity. Simulate the output signal of sensor with different structures. Realize the spatial filtering algorithm. Make the experiment to validate the feasibility of this algorithm and sensor structure and analyze the experimental error,(4)Simulate slug flow and get the output signal of the capacitance sensor which is special for slug flow. Justify the feasibility of the slug sensor and velocity algorithm on the point of theory.
