Design And Implementation Of Village Integrated Management System Based On Block Chain

The goal of the establishment of the rural integrated management system is to realize the digitization and intelligence of rural management,to promote the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing rural talents and to improve the rural production and life style.At present,the traditional rural integrated management system has a centralized governance model based on functions or information advantages,which adopts centralized management,that is,all data are stored in a centralized server or database.There is a risk of artificial tampering or data loss.On the other hand,the traditional rural comprehensive management only tends to rural management,lack of organic combination of rural management and rural development.Therefore,it is necessary to find a more safe and effective way to realize the comprehensive management of the countryside.This thesis makes use of the characteristics of blockchain technology,such as decentralization,tamper-proof and traceability,and combines blockchain with JAVA through the compilation of intelligent contracts,so as to make up for the shortcomings of current rural comprehensive management system.Through the research and analysis of the existing rural integrated management system,combined with the analysis of the concept,technical advantages and system framework of block chain,and using the existing JAVA technology,including the construction of basic layer,data layer,resource layer,consensus layer,access layer and application layer,this thesis designs a set of rural integrated management system based on block chain.The system uses HTML and other front-end languages to compile the front-end display interface,JAVA language to write back-end programs,and Solidity language to write intelligent contract code,and organically combines the three through their respective interfaces.At the same time,it also improves the traditional consensus algorithm to achieve the purpose of reducing consensus delay.The final functions include authority management for landing users,unified management of rural party members,management of key rural construction projects,management and sales of rural land and agricultural resources,statistics and traceability of natural disasters,weather management and so on.By integrating the block chain technology into the rural comprehensive management,this thesis realizes that the information of the rural comprehensive management can be saved on the block chain in real time,so as to ensure that the data can not be tampered with and lost,and reduce the consensus delay by simplifying the consensus algorithm.at the same time,some functions of the rural management system are disclosed to the public,which is used to publicize the countryside,which greatly increases the popularity of the countryside and promotes the development of the countryside.Through the construction of this system,we can optimize the pattern of rural governance,highlight the equality of governance subjects,reshape the rural credit system,and promote the implementation of rural revitalization.
