Abstract/Summary:
Project transportation is an important management part of engineering projects,which takes up a lot of costs,materials,and manpower in the engineering.As the project construction is greatly affected by weather factors,project transportation requires a more scientific and flexible distribution mode.In order to provide scientific theoretical guidance for engineering transportation projects and help solve the management problems of difficulty in finding vehicles and chaotic task assignments at construction sites,this paper studies the problem of temporary vehicle leasing in project transportation.By studying the distribution mechanism of small-and medium-sized transportation companies when issuing temporary lease requirements,it is found that due to the heterogeneity of individual truck owners and lack of global awareness,a more self-organizing distribution method is needed for optimization and coordination.Based on the different needs of the leasing parties during the temporary lease transaction,this paper uses the ant colony labor division theory with flexible allocation advantages to establish a task distribution and benefit distribution model for temporary leases in the process of project transportation:(1)In order to study the problem of temporary leasing of construction vehicles and provide more efficient and flexible allocation for temporary leasing task,this paper establishes a task distribution model based on ant colony labor division,and defines the individual truck owner as individual ants.By summarizing the needs and costs of both parties during the temporary lease,this paper defines the cost of the individual truck owner as the response threshold of the individual ant,and defines the temporary lease fee paid by the transportation company as the environmental stimulus of the task,which simulates the individual’s task distribution process.The simulation results show that the individual truck owners have completed the task distribution together without knowing the overall situation.At the same time,it shows that the ant colony labor division model has good adjustment ability for individual decision-making.(2)Temporary leases in project transportation are mostly based on inadequate market games,which can easily lead to unreasonable distribution of benefits,and the fairness of the distribution of benefits between individuals is related to the stability of engineering transportation projects.Based on this situation,this paper constructs an income fairness index to further optimize the distribution of income earned by individual truck owners who participate in the task of temporary lease distribution.Aiming at the situation that it is difficult for transportation companies to obtain all personal information,the adaptive and robustness of the ant colony labor division theory is used again to establish a benefit distribution model.The model introduces a recovery factor for certain intervention,which improves the individual’s expected income and improves the fairness of income in the system,and realizes the optimal distribution of benefits in the temporary lease task.
