Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Press Conference Of The Ministry Of Ecology And Environment In WeChat

At present,the concepts of "ecological civilization construction" and "beautiful China" have been deeply rooted in people’s hearts and incorporated into the preamble of the Constitution,which means that our ecological and environmental governance has entered a new stage of law-based governance.The Ministry of Ecology and Environment is the authoritative subject of environmental governance and promoting ecological civilization construction,and the press conference is an important means for the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to respond to social concerns,communicate with ecological construction,guide ecological public opinion,resolve ecological crisis and maintain ecological civilization construction,and is of great significance.Based on this,exploring the factors influencing the communication effect of the press conference of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment based on the micro-platform is conducive to playing the publicity and supervision role of the press conference with high quality.This study was based on 216 press conferences held by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment between March 2018 and December 31,2021.The information of216 press conferences were searched on the We Chat platform manually one by one,and a total of 207 press conferences reported were retrieved.According to the theory of 5W to build communication content(technical regulations,emergencies,major activities,supervision and other),communication skills(length,release time,title length),communication environment(spokesman,other public forward number)and transmission effect(reading,thumb up,in the theoretical model,and adopt multiple linear regression analysis of 207 research samples.It is found that(1)the samples of "emergency","supervision and rectification",and "major activities" have the best communication effect of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment,with a significant positive impact compared with other themes;(2)the length of different articles and the number of different public accounts will significantly affect the communication effect of the press conference on We Chat platform;and(3)the identity of the speaker and the title will not significantly affect the communication effect of the press conference of Ecology and Environment on We Chat platform.It is suggested that the Ministry of Ecology and Environment should optimize the publicity mode of the press conference from four aspects: directly cut the theme,enhance the publicity characteristics;grasp the rhythm,and continuously adjust the questions and answers;close to people’s livelihood,encourage public participation;deep production,and pay attention to video publicity.This research innovation adopts quantitative research method,compared with the content analysis and case analysis,to further enrich the effect of environmental press conference;this study expands the application of 5W theory in environmental press conference,theoretically explore the influencing factors of environmental press conference.
