| With the comprehensive promotion of the development of the real economy,SMEs,as the main body of the real economy,are playing an increasingly important role in China’s economy and society.At present,many small and medium-sized enterprises are limited by manpower and resource during thier process of development,thus still using paper-based office,or directly introducing the existing common ERP system in the market to conduct enterprise resource management.The traditional paper-based office is too inefficient and difficult to deal with the data that often changes dynamically in the process of business operation.In most cases,the general ERP system merely meets the basic management work,which is not suitable for business-related and customized requirements.Aiming at the problem menthioned above,this thesis designs and implements an ERP system suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises in combination with the specific ERP process of a Jiangyin Import and Export Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward the function and performance requirements for the system development through demand analysis.The ERP system developed in this thesis mainly includes seven modules: system management,configuration management,related company management,purchase management,sales management,inventory management,ledger statistics.The system management module is used to maintain the organization structure of the company,and contains the function of role management,which can control the permission of different users to the functions of each module of the system.The configuration management module and the related company management module are respectively responsible for maintaining the basic information of the group’s materials,customers,suppliers,transportation companys.The three modules of purchasing management,sales management and inventory management are responsible for the management of the group’s purchasing,selling and inventory business.The ledger statistics module is used to query and statistics the historical business data,including bills,profits,historical prices,etc.In this thesis,the requirements of each module were analyzed,detailed design,and finally implemented the corresponding functions of each module.The system has passed the function test and performance test,ensuring stable and safe operation.After the system was put into use,the working efficiency of the group staff was significantly improved.The architecture design of the system can also provide reference and basis for the development of ERP system in other similar industries. |
