| Under the impact of the epidemic,many enterprises are facing survival crisis.This requires enterprises to keep up with the trend of market development and constantly improve and optimize.At present,the cost compression space in the field of production tends to be saturated,and logistics,as the third source of profit,has more and more potential to gain profit by reducing logistics costs.Among them,the warehousing operation occupies a large part in the whole logistics cost,and the optimization of the warehousing operation becomes the key to control the logistics cost.In the warehousing operation,the storage location of goods is directly related to the work efficiency of each link,affecting the service level of the whole distribution center.Rational allocation of space can improve the efficiency of goods out of the warehouse,reduce the logistics cost and enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness.Company C,the subject of this thesis,has seen a surge in orders in recent years.The random storage strategy leads to the chaos of goods location allocation and low manual picking efficiency,cannot satisfy the demand for the development of the company.In this thesis,Based on the actual problems faced by the distribution center of C Company,a feasible and effective optimization scheme of cargo space allocation is formulated to improve the operational efficiency of the distribution center.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Investigate the actual situation of C company’s distribution center and find its existing problems.By analyzing the current storage strategy,operation process and storage layout of the distribution center,,it is found that there are problems such as disordered goods placement,low operation efficiency and inventory difficulty,which cause the rise of cost and the decrease of satisfaction of logistics service.(2)Design a feasible optimization scheme for cargo space allocation for C company’s distribution center.In this thesis,based on commodity outbound frequency and correlation to establish the multi-objective optimization model,achieve the goal of placing goods with high delivery frequency near the entrance and exit of the shelf and storing related goods nearby,to improve the efficiency of the outbound goods.In the process of solving the model,the Apriori algorithm and Spss Modeler software are firstly used to mine the association rules between goods,and the goods are classified according to the association degree.Then the traditional genetic algorithm is improved,and Matlab is used to write codes to solve the model,and the scheme of cargo location distribution is obtained.(3)The effectiveness of the cargo space allocation scheme is verified by drawing the three-dimensional effect map of cargo space allocation and comparing with the objective function value data before and after optimization.In addition,according to the actual situation of the distribution center,suggestions are put forward from the perspective of process and management to guarantee the smooth implementation of the scheme.In this thesis,data mining technology is used to guide location allocation,and an optimization model of location allocation based on association analysis is proposed.This model effectively improves the order picking efficiency and reduces the logistics cost.It provides some reference value for the optimization of warehousing for small and medium enterprises. |
