RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)is one of the core technologies of the global Internet of things industry chain.As an important part of RFID system,RFID tags almost have covered all fields of modern human production and life.At the same time,tags are also increasingly flexible.The traditional metal etching technology used in the production of flexible commercial tag antennas not only cause a lot of waste of raw materials,but also cause environmental pollution.Therefore,based on the prepared high conductivity and anti-oxidation copper paste,this paper completed the preparation of new printed RFID tags which meet the requirements of energy saving,environmental protection and low-cost production.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1:This chapter investigates the composition of RFID system and research background of tag antennas.Then it discusses the important research value of printed antennas in the field of RFID tag combined with the existing problems of tag antennas.Finally,it further explains the research content and significance of this paper.Chapter 2:The preparation method and printing technology of the anti-oxidation copper paste are introduced.The related electrical and mechanical properties of the copper paste printing lines are explored in detail.The copper paste has good printing performance,and its conductivity after printing is up to 1.34×106 S/m.The copper paste printing lines can withstand more than 500 bending tests,and the adhesion with the substrate can reach 5B level,which proves the feasibility of the anti-oxidation copper paste in printing RFID tag antennas.Chapter 3:The design and performance research of copper paste printed high frequency(HF,13.56 MHz)tag based on coil antenna are realized.The influence of coil turns on the performance of high frequency printed coil antenna is also discussed.The recognition distance of 4.5 cm can be achieved by printing the HF tag with copper paste,which is equivalent to the tag printed by commercial silver paste.It has long-time stability,high and low temperature stability and bending stability when placed in the air.Chapter 4:The design and performance research of copper paste printed ultra high frequency(UHF,915 MHz)tag antennas are realized.Firstly,in order to realize long-distance identification,the miniaturization design and impedance matching of the dipole antenna are completed.The UHF tag antenna is omni-directional and has a gain of-2 dB,and the maximum reading distance can reach 12.8 m under standard power.Secondly,in order to realize the recognition of metal,the miniaturization design of microstrip patch antenna without via is completed.The on-metal tag antenna has a gain of-8.7 dB,and can achieve a recognition distance of 4.8 m on metal or other conductors.Chapter 5:The research work of this paper is summarized,and the challenges and prospects for the development and applications of printed RFID tags are put forward.
