Variable length packet service,fixed-length packet service and constant bit rate service can be carried by hybrid switching network in one system with redistributing their access bandwidth between them.It can satisfy a variety of services in satellite communication without increasing the complexity of equipment.The previous researches on scheduling algorithm are based on the one service and these scheduling algorithms are not compatible with hybrid switching network.This thesis is based on a brief description of the network basic structure and a detailed analysis of the packet service and constant bit rate service scheduling characteristics in the first.Secondly,by comparing with the classical scheduling algorithm and the summary,proposed a hybrid scheduling algorithm,which carry constant bit rate service by fixed time slot scheduling algorithm and which carry packet service by pseudo-distributed scheduling algorithm based on priority-matching principle.Then,design the algorithm in functional module level,and describe each module in details that the interface signal,the interface timing,and the state machine.Finally,the algorithm is verified the feasibility and confirmed the key parameters by using MATLAB.By using Modelsim show that the verilog verification of the algorithm can realize the hybrid-scheduling function and have a good performance.
