Research On Risk Prevention Of Financial Management In Private High School

Since the reform of the new college entrance examination system in Shandong Province,parents ’educational concept has gradually moved towards people-oriented,comprehensive education and personalized development,and parents’ requirements for the education quality of private high schools are also gradually improved.With the increasing demand for high-quality senior high school education resources,private senior high school education will also occupy an important role in the national education system in the future.Based on such an external environment,some private high schools due to their own financial management problems,the financial work cannot be carried out smoothly or the management decision makes mistakes,and even fall into financial crisis and bankruptcy.This paper analyzes the financial management objectives of private high schools,and obtains from the perspective of stakeholders that non-profit private high schools have low financial risk,balance balance,appropriate balance,improve resource utilization and teaching quality,and the financial management objectives of for-profit private high schools are to obtain high investment return,high profit income,improve school resource utilization rate and improve teaching quality.The two types of schools have different financial management objectives and priorities.Combined with the actual situation of Xintai ZG Middle School,from the aspects of financial management system design,budget management,revenue and expenditure management,asset management and financial supervision,the literature research method,case study method,investigation and interview were used to analyze the current situation and deficiencies,find out the financial risk loopholes in ZG Middle School,and analyze the causes of financial risks.This paper is guided by the financial management goals of private high schools,Drawing on the financial management experience of excellent schools at home and abroad,Based on the current situation of the financial management design and operation of Xintai ZG Middle School,Risk prevention measures are proposed from three perspectives: from the perspective of internal control,It is suggested to improve the corporate governance structure,strengthen the internal financial supervision,and improve the comprehensive budget management through performance appraisal;From the perspective of external supervision,It is suggested that the government establish unified financial supervision standards,conduct financial supervision with the help of intermediary agencies and unified management of accounting personnel;From the perspective of broadening the school income sources and financing channels,It is suggested that assetlight cooperation in running schools,increase government policy support for private high schools,and provide schools with diversified educational products.
