| In recent years,private universities have developed rapidly and expanded in scale.Compared with the public universities,the private universities are the ones that carry out the higher education with the non-financial funds of the state,and the funds for running the schools are solved by their own funds.However,the source of funds of private universities is single,which can not meet the needs of their use of funds.To explore how to effectively prevent the financial risks of private universities is an important guarantee for the healthy and stable development of and universities.In this paper,ZC private university as the research object,on the basis of the elaboration of the financial risk theory of private colleges and universities,analyzes the financial risks they face,studies the causes of financial risks and puts forward preventive suggestions.First of all,it systematically reviews the research status of financial risk of private colleges and universities at home and abroad,expounds relevant concepts and theories,and discusses the types and characteristics of financial risk of private colleges and universities.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of financial management of ZC private university,identify the financial risks faced by them from the perspective of financing,operation and investment.After that,select representative financial indicators to build ZC private university financial risk evaluation index system,and use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate,after evaluation,the school has a slight financial risk.Then,from three aspects of financing,operation and investment,this paper analyzes the causes of financial risks of ZC private university.Finally,according to the financial risks of ZC private university,this paper puts forward corresponding prevention suggestions,in order to improve the financial risk prevention ability of ZC private university,and promote the sustainable,healthy and stable development of the school. |
