| As the strategic theme of education reform and development has been set as human-oriented and overall quality-oriented education,the basic requirement is to insist on moral education first.The marginal status of school moral education,the repeated cross disjointed of traditional moral education and other issues are highly regarded.The Ministry of Education issued a series of documents calling for the construction of an integrated moral education system and encouraging the development of School-based Moral Education Courses.The special attribute of nine-year school makes it have the theoretical advantage in the corresponding work.This paper expounds the concepts of nine-year school,integration of moral education in primary and secondary schools,and Integration of moral education School-based curriculum development,conducts the research on Integration of moral education School-based curriculum development of X school in C City,Inner Mongolia.Through literature research and field observation of relevant materials of X school,expounds the theoretical basis of holistic education,curriculum integration theory,value clarification theory and the policy basis,expounds its development status,development achievement and development experience;Supplemented by semi-structured interviews with school leaders,administrative teachers and subject teachers and unstructured interviews with students,parents and government administrators,comprehensively expound the problems and dilemmas in its development and analyze them,make the final recommendations are targeted and more than empty talk.The study summarizes the relevant experiences of X school in parent resource development,teacher training,student demand development,moral education field development,to refine the theme of moral education and infiltrate the content of moral education,and attention to students’ psychology.Then the study analyzes the reasons of teachers’ low enthusiasm and the limitation of discourse power and ability;the reason why the middle school department has to emphasize the pursuit of intellectual education and the corresponding curriculum evaluation system is difficult to perfect;the reason of Parents’ utilitarian educational pursuit and their low participation.Finally,thought and discussed how to promote,share and evaluate the achievements of Integration of moral education School-based curriculum development in nine-year school,so as to help the construction of the integration of moral education and promote the balanced and high-quality development of compulsory education.Start with the development dilemma,it is proposed to improve the support and guarantee level of curriculum development,the government and local education authorities should play a guiding role to make teachers in nine-year school willing to participate Integration of moral education School-based curriculum development and the balanced and high-quality development of compulsory education,to enhance family and social participation;school should establish an environment suitable for the Integration of moral education School-based curriculum development,form a normal mechanism,and guide students to participate in the development invisibly;improve the evaluation level of curriculum development to make Integration of moral education School-based curriculum development a process of continuous development,renewal and circulation. |
