Objective:Gymnastics plays a fundamental role in the development of various sports.Gymnastics,as a competitive advantage in China,requires constant promotion and development.However,due to people's misunderstanding of gymnastics,the reserve of reserve talents for competitive gymnastics in China is insufficient.However,the emergence of happy gymnastics has made it feasible for the gymnastics to be promoted to the mass sports,and at the same time it has provided a new path for the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive gymnastics in China.At present,the domestic research on happy gymnastics is in its infancy,and the research content mostly focuses on the function and operation strategy of happy gymnastics.Although the research objects are involved in children's happy gymnastics and college students' happy gymnastics,it is mainly deductive thinking and qualitative research many opinions have been put forward,but there is no empirical support for the argument.This article will provide data support for happy gymnastics to enhance children's physical fitness by studying the impact of happy gymnastics on the physical fitness of young children.Methods:In this paper,a random sampling method is used to randomly select 400 children aged 5-6 years old in a kindergarten in Minhang District,Shanghai,and perform pre-examination on them.Without any significant difference in physical fitness,the 400 children were divided into experimental groups and Control group with 200 students in each group.Among them,the children in the experimental group were given happy gymnastics teaching,and the control group was taught according to normal physical education classes for 12 weeks of intervention,and physical fitness tests were performed every four weeks.After the intervention,a physical fitness test was performed again for the two groups of children to clarify the effects of happy gymnastics on the physical fitness of children aged 5-6 years.Result:In this experiment,children aged 5-6 who participated in the happy gymnastics course in a kindergarten in Minhang District of Shanghai were used as experimental objects.A 12-week happy gymnastics teaching experiment was conducted.The physical fitness indicators of the experimental group and the control group changed to varying degrees.The physical fitness indicators of the experimental group also changed before and after the experiment,and the physical fitness indicators of the experimental group children changed significantly.And the children in the experimental group showed a great increase in their interest in participating in happy gymnastics.The experimental results show that:the experimental group's physical fitness indicators such as standing long jump,walking on balance beams,continuous two-legged jumping,sitting forward flexion,hollow ball long throwing have statistically significant differences and very significant differences(p<0.05 and p<0.01),but the physical fitness index of the 10m return run has no statistically significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the control group,among the three indicators of physical fitness,the experimental group has the most obvious improvement in flexibility ability;the sensitivity ability is second;the improvement of strength ability has no significant difference due to the influence of children's own growth and development But still improved.Thus,it was confirmed that the exercises of happy gymnastics played a positive role in promoting children's physical qualities such as strength,endurance,and flexibility.The average values of the physical fitness of the control group before and after the experiment have been improved to different degrees,especially in terms of strength and quality,compared with before the experiment,there is a significant difference.This is the result of strengthening the strength training during the 12-week experiment in the control group,which is normal.In the course of this experiment,the exercises of happy gymnastics are formulated based on the natural development laws of young children's bodies,and therefore conform to the physical and mental characteristics of young children.After 12 weeks of training,physical fitness will be greatly improved.
