Reading the whole book has become a hot issue in Chinese education.In particular,the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022)has been published,and the entire book reading has become one of the tasks.Currently,there is not a lot of research about the entire book reading,but not much research on the whole book reading for a particular genre.This study was combined with the study situation of pupils in primary and secondary school,take fairy tales as the main reading object,and do research on how to carry out the whole book reading in elementary school.This study takes the stage theory of moral development,The theory of Gestalt Learning and Dialogue Study is based on the theory of Gestalt Learning,and the method of document study and case study are used.The research content includes four aspects: teaching the object of reading the entire storybook,analyzing the instructional resources of the entire storybook,analyzing the instructional strategies for reading the entire storybook,the status quo and the improvement of the whole book of children’s fairy tales.Among them,the first three aspects are the conception of the teaching model of the whole book of fairy tales in primary schools.According to the conception,the implementation of the reading teaching of the whole book of fairy tales in primary schools at the present stage is studied,the existing problems in the teaching are known and the relevant improvement strategies are proposed.Base on the study of the entire book of fairy tales,the course standard of the entire book of stories,the textbook about the whole story,the style of the story and the features of the entire book,this study proposes to increase the amount of reading and expand the reading horizon.Normative language expression;Feel the beauty of innocence,get spiritual nourishment;Develop imaginative thinking;Have reading interest,develop reading habits;Master the teaching goal of reading the whole book of fairy tales.In order to reach the goal of reading the entire book,the author suggests that the whole book should be read as a whole.Teaching resources on the one hand is the curriculum standard and textbook recommended by the fairy tale book.On the other hand,it is derived from the Basic Reading List of Chinese Elementary School Students,and 101 Fascinating Books.Teaching resources are classified according to teaching objectives.To reach the goal of teaching,this paper suggests that the classroom learning of fairy tales should be connected with that of the classroom reading.Fairy book highlights sharing and appreciation;Reading and performing characters in key chapters of fairy books;Create a fairy tale book;Fairy book recommendation and reading display regularly;The whole book reading list guides students to learn and use reading methods and other teaching strategies.This article analyzes the status quo of Fairy Tale Book for children.It is well known that the aim of the whole Fairy Tale Book is to develop the students’ ability to read,to develop language ability and imagination ability,while ignoring aesthetic ability,reading habit and reading vision.Single and outdated teaching strategies;The teaching design of the entire Fairy Tale Book is based on the single-class design.In order to resolve these problems and to enhance the quality of the whole book,it is recommended that the teachers study the whole book.Teachers should have the actual experience of reading the entire story;Teachers should set up a teaching space of view of the whole book reading;Teachers to establish the whole book fairy tale reading teaching class consciousness and other improvement countermeasures.
