The educational mode of learning in a regular classroom is not only an important way to solve the problem of schooling for special children and adolescents in China,but also an important measure to promote the realization of education equity.At present,with the strong support and advocacy of the state,learning in a regular classroom has made great progress,and the number of special students in regular classes is increasing year by year.Therefore,the main task at this stage is to pay attention to ensuring and improving the quality of integrated education,and strive to make every special student enjoy high-quality education suitable for their physical and mental development in the integrated environment.Education evaluation has the functions of guidance,encouragement and supervision.Timely education evaluation helps us to find problems in education and teaching activities as soon as possible and find solutions in time,so as to guarantee and improve the quality of education.However,at present,the research on quality evaluation of inclusive education in China is still in its infancy,especially in Chinese Mainland,there is still a lack of a complete and appropriate integration quality evaluation system.Based on this,this study focuses on the construction of the evaluation index system for the education quality of learning in regular classroom.This research is of great significance to the further development of theoretical research related to the quality assessment of integrated education in China and the healthy development of integrated education in practice.The basic process of constructing the evaluation index system for the quality of education in regular classes where special students and ordinary students study together in this study is as follows: First of all,through searching and sorting out relevant domestic and overseas literature,this study finally determines that the "education equity" and "input-process-result" evaluation model are the theoretical basis for constructing the evaluation index system in this study;Secondly,based on the principles of scientificity,guidance and operability,this study uses the text analysis method to sort out,analyze and summarize the relevant policy texts of inclusive education in China,as well as domestic and overseas literature on integrated education quality evaluation,and on this basis,the basic content of the evaluation index system of the quality of learning in a regular classroom is initially drawn up;Thirdly,this study has completed the revision and improvement of the content of the evaluation index system based on the feedback of the expert group after two rounds of rigorous expert consultation using the Delphi method;Finally,this study uses the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight value of each index in the evaluation index system by consulting the opinions of the same group of experts on the weight of each index in the evaluation system,and sorting out and analyzing their expert opinions accordingly.This study hopes to provide experience and reference for the follow-up researchers to carry out relevant research on the quality evaluation of inclusive education,and also provide a tool for the implementation of the evaluation of the quality of learning in a regular classroom in practice.
