Research On The Design And Practice Of Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin ESP Course Based On The Cultivation Of International Sports Talent

In order to achieve the international development of Chinese traditional sports culture,higher physical education institutions should play the role of the main position to cultivate international sports talents.As the basic work to achieve the goal of cultivating internationalized sports talents,the function of curriculum construction in higher physical education institutions is too narrow,which is an important reason for the "deformed" development of sports talents.The "English+X" course,especially the "English+National Traditional Sports" course,provides a starting point for realizing the goal of cultivating international sports talents.The main body of this study,Ba Duan Jin ESP course,aims to build an interdisciplinary course with Chinese characteristics that integrates national traditional sports skills,English language communication ability and cultural communication ability,so as to cultivate international sports talents who meets the needs of national strategies,the demands of the times,and interdisciplinary development.This paper aims at cultivating international sports talents,takes "local internationalization" as the bridge,clarifies the quality structure of international sports talents through the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and field survey,and understands the quality status of international sports talents,the relevant learning basis of students and the learning needs of students for Ba Duan Jin ESP course through demand analysis,providing reference for the course design and practice.Taking Taylor’s curriculum principle as the main framework,this study mainly designs the curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum organization and implementation,curriculum assessment and evaluation of Ba Duan Jin ESP course,and carries out curriculum practice and curriculum satisfaction survey on this basis.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall level of international sports talent quality is high,but the level of each dimension is different;(2)Students have a strong demand for Ba Duan Jin ESP course,but lack the ability to act;(3)The ESP course design of Ba Duan Jin is relatively scientific;(4)The practice of Ba Duan Jin ESP course needs to be improved;(5)The Ba Duan Jin ESP course helps to improve the overall quality of international sports talents.In light of these conclusions,efforts should be made to improve the cultural quality of international sports talent: improve the design of Ba Duan Jin ESP curriculum based on results,enhance students’ mobility,adjust the practice of Ba Duan Jin ESP curriculum according to the characteristics of different groups,and explore the "English+Traditional National Sports" curriculum paradigm that is conducive to cultivating international sports talents.
