Research On The Training System And Function Optimization Of Campus Football Characteristic School

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the football industry and campus football work,and has issued a series of important instructions and instructions to "make up our minds to promote the football industry in China".Under the unified promotion of the Ministry of Education,campus football has developed in an orderly manner.The "four beams and eight pillars" have been completed,and the "internal decoration" has been further improved.The 《National Action Plan for the Construction of the Eight Major Systems of Youth Campus Football》 has clearly elaborated on the principles and directions of campus football development.Fully exert oneself and improve the campus football teaching system;Demonstration and guidance,creating a model system for campus football.Continuously improve the multi-level,three-dimensional,and scientific extracurricular training system for campus football.The characteristic school training of campus football has been valued as an important link in its development,and the further high-quality development of campus football cannot be achieved without the establishment and optimization of a training system.This paper takes the campus football characteristic school training system as the research object,adopts the methods of literature review,interviews,questionnaires,field research and development,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,collects the literature and policy documents related to campus football,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of campus football characteristic schools in the development of training system construction,and then conducts research on the training system and function optimization.Draw the following conclusion:(1)Under the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education,the number of campus football characteristic schools has increased rapidly.The Ministry of Education has selected more than 30000 campus football characteristic schools,more than 160 pilot counties and districts,38 reform pilot areas,and more than 80 campus football "Man Tian Xing" training camps.The construction of the campus football characteristic school training system with four beams and eight pillars has been completed,with a vertical training system consisting of club training,school level training,high-level training,and elite training as the ladder.It bears the value goals and functions of education,popularization,and improvement.(2)Through investigation and analysis of various factors in the training of campus football characteristic schools,it is found that campus football has entered a period of rapid development in the new era.However,in the face of new opportunities for football development and reform,problems in the development process of campus football characteristic schools have also been exposed,with weak teaching staff;Insufficient student participation;Lack of venue,equipment and facilities;Insufficient special funds;The policy system is not sound and other issues.(3)The theoretical guidance for football training in campus characteristic schools needs to be strengthened.The concept of "integration of sports and education",educational development ideas,and resource optimization theory are not enough to scientifically guide training practice.The preference for competitive concepts and goals results in uneven development of the training system,low student participation,and a weak sense of participation.The educational function carried by the training system has not been fully demonstrated.The school training system with campus football characteristics needs to be further optimized and improved,which carries the development and growth of athletes and breeds the humanistic value of Association football culture.
