This paper takes the ’ 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games Competitive Pattern and China ’s Competitive Ice and Snow Sports Development Strategy ’ as the research object,and uses the literature data method,survey method(questionnaire survey method,expert interview method),Pareto analysis method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method,and logical analysis method to study the ’ 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games Competitive Pattern,Influencing Factors of Winter Olympic Games Competitive Pattern,China ’s Competitive Ice and Snow and Sports Development Strategy ’.The research results show that :1.2022 Beijing Winter Olympics competitive pattern and China ’s competitive strength(1)The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics presents a ’ polarized ’ competitive landscape,with an increase in the number of first and third group countries or Olympic committees;the Netherlands dominates the ice project,while Norway,Germany and other countries are on the snow.The development of the United States and Canada in North America is relatively balanced.(2)In the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,there are 25 advantageous projects in China,and the strength has increased rapidly.The potential advantageous projects and late-developing advantageous projects are concentrated in the snow project.The ice project is in the first group,the snow project is still in the second group,and the overall strength is at the end of the first group.2.Analysis of the influencing factors of the competitive pattern of the Winter Olympics(1)The strong strength of ice and snow powers such as Norway,the United States and Germany benefits from its profound mass base,advanced reserve talent training system,scientific research and technology research and development,and perfect training and competition system.(2)There are some problems in China ’s competitive ice and snow sports,such as uneven distribution of male and female ratios,uneven regional development,uneven project development,imperfect training venues and facilities,backward equipment and equipment level,large demand for information and intelligence services,lack of information,high training frequency,lack of physical training,less participation and unclear goals.3.China ’s competitive ice and snow sports development strategy(1)Based on the sports system,supplemented by the social and educational systems,a diversified training model is constructed;promote the professional development of competitive ice and snow athletes and coaches;adhere to the combination of cross-item selection,cross-border selection and foreign introduction,broaden the development channels of talent training;pay attention to cultural education,ideological and political education,and support anti-doping governance.(2)The winter project research team plays a collective wisdom joint research;focus on the winter project national team information collection services,improve the ’ science,training,medical ’ composite team building;strengthen the independent research and development of domestic equipment and equipment,and create international high-end equipment and equipment;establish winter project equipment inspection and testing center to better serve the national team.(3)Fully understand the connotation of the "three from one " training principle,accurately grasp the characteristics of the project,innovate the training methods,and pay attention to the physical training of winter athletes;based on the domestic cycle as the main body,build a series of domestic winter events system;to improve the competitive level of winter athletes by promoting domestic and international double circulation;we adhere to the goal of ’full-project competition ’ and arrange athletes ’ training and preparation periodically.
