At present,the problem of the aging of the world’s population is becoming more and more serious,and China has also reached the stage of rapid aging.The causes of falls are many,the elderly due to the increase of age balance ability,lower limb strength,foot movement ability of the decline is a very important reason for the fall,this paper to the elderly exercise ability characteristics as the basis,through the combination with modern scientific theory,to improve the elderly balance,lower limb strength,foot movement ability and other sports quality for the purpose,research and design of three sets of effective elderly fall prevention chair exercises.After conducting teaching experiments and questionnaire surveys on some elderly people in Xinxingbeili,Heping District,Tianjin,the following conclusions were analyzed from the exercise effect of the elderly anti-fall chair exercise and the evaluation of the overall evaluation,difficulty of movement,content richness,and arrangement effect of the elderly on the creation of anti-fall chair exercise,and the following conclusions were analyzed:1.This paper creates 3 sets of chair exercises specifically for the elderly to prevent falls,including balance improvement exercises,lower limb muscle strength exercises,foot movement exercises,each set of exercises includes three parts:warm-up part,basic activity part,finishing and relaxation part,there are two forms of sitting exercise and standing exercise,the training uses elastic band,mineral water bottle with water and agile rope ladder three light equipment to do auxiliary exercises,balance improvement exercise plus the music of "Nanniwan",a total length of 8minutes and 01 seconds,lower limb muscle strength exercise plus the music of "Liuyang River",The total length is 7 minutes and 20 seconds,and the footwork exercise with the music of "Hometown Clouds" is 7 minutes and 05 seconds.Background music chooses music with a strong rhythm and moderate rhythm,which is liked by the elderly.2.In the balance improvement exercise added hand-eye coordination exercises and mineral water bottles filled with water auxiliary exercises and other actions,in the hand-eye coordination exercises,do head and eye tracking training,vestibular system will gravity strength information to the visual system,through the visual system and vestibular system sensory integration,training spatial visual perception,through training vestibular sense can effectively improve the body’s balance ability to reduce the risk of falling.In the process of doing the auxiliary exercise of mineral water bottle,resistance backwards,bilateral calf forward kick against resistance forward,resist resistance,knee joint has forward extension action,so that the thigh has the function of forward extension,consistent with the direction of movement,so it can achieve the purpose of training quadriceps muscles,mineral water bottle with water,due to the change of water level in the bottle,the center of gravity is unstable,to achieve the ability to maintain balance in the case of physical instability,thereby improving the body’s dynamic balance ability.At the same time,the static exercise of standing posture heel lifting and the static exercise of standing on one foot are added to the balance improvement exercise,which reduces the support surface of the body in the process of doing the above exercises,so that the body is in an unbalanced state,maintains the stability of the body through whole-body coordination,improves the sensitivity of the foot touching the ground,strengthens the proprioception and the perception of space,so as to achieve the purpose of training the body’s static balance ability.Through the comparison of pre-experimental and post-experimental data,it is shown that this set of anti-fall chair exercises-balance improvement exercises for the elderly can improve the dynamic balance ability and static balance ability of the elderly group,delay or reduce the occurrence of falls in the elderly,and verify the effectiveness and scientificity of this set of balance improvement exercises.3.Through the questionnaire,it is shown that the three sets of anti-fall chair exercises for the elderly created in this paper have been highly recognized by the elderly,and they have given high evaluations to the difficulty of the anti-fall chair exercises,the richness of the content,the arrangement of the action structure,and the combination of music rhythms.4.The elderly fall prevention chair exercise created in this paper has a very significant exercise effect,and is conducive to publicity and promotion,it is recommended that through various means and ways to publicize and popularize the elderly fall prevention chair exercise created in this article,encourage more elderly people to use elastic bands and mineral water bottles and agile rope ladders at home to exercise,in order to create this set of elderly fall prevention chair exercises more rich and more diverse,In the later stage,the author will try to add other interesting light equipment,gadgets and alternative music suitable for the elderly.
