| With the rapid development of society,the incidence of autism has been increasing year by year,has been a serious threat to children’s physical and mental health.At present,there is no definite conclusion about the causes of autism,the main intervention methods of autism include medicine,music,sand table,sports,etc.,physical education is the most common way for autistic children to receive physical education intervention.As one of the three typical symptoms of autistic children,repetitive stereotyped behavior is closely related to daily life and the most difficult defect to overcome in autism disorder.Based on the Special education physical education curriculum,this study focused on the effects of physical education curriculum on the repetitive stereotyped behaviors of autistic children,the results and factors were analyzed to provide reference for the improvement of repetitive stereotyped behaviors and Special education sports development of autistic children in the future.By using the methods of literature review,observation and case study,this paper explores the effects of physical education on the repetitive stereotyped behaviors of autistic children by A1-B-A2 single subject experiment,draw the following conclusions and recommendations.Conclusion:(1)physical education class had positive effects on the improvement of repetitive stereotyped behaviors in children with different degrees of autism.The frequency and duration of repetitive stereotyped behaviors showed a downward trend,and the frequency of repetitive stereotyped behaviors in the maintenance period was significantly lower than that in the baseline period,and the intervention has a certain maintenance effect.Among them,physical education has a good effect on autistic children’s self-injury behavior,the weakest effect on restrictive behavior and inconsistent improvement on stereotyped behavior and compulsive behavior.(2)Rhythmic gymnastics,basketball,track and field events have a certain improvement on repetitive stereotyped behavior.Moderate Intensity + sports game mode had better effect on improving repetitive stereotyped behavior.The Special Olympics program has a poor effect on the improvement of repetitive stereotyped behaviors.The repetitive stereotyped behaviors of autistic children are closely related to the content of physical education class.The higher the degree of interest in the content of physical education class,the higher the degree of participation,there is less repetition.(3)the arrangement of teaching contents,the choice of teaching facilities and teaching environment affect the improvement effect of physical education on the repetitive stereotyped behavior of autistic children,and there are differences among different individuals.Suggestions:(1)In the arrangement of teaching cycle,PE class should follow the principle of gradual progress,focus on the early development of autistic children’s interest in sports,in the medium-term to arrange as much as possible the teaching content of moderate intensity + games,the sports participation of autistic children should be maintained in the later stage.(2)The content of physical education should be based on diversified sports games,interest-oriented,improve the activity participation of autistic children,and carry out targeted training according to the individual differences of autistic children.(3)Make great efforts to improve the teaching level of P.E.teachers,enrich the teaching contents,perfect the field and equipment,make maximum use of the existing teaching resources to carry out teaching and create a good teaching environment. |
