The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to "inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture".Traditional culture is the soul of a nation and the foundation for us to gain a firm foothold in the turbulent world culture.Folk toys are living fossils of national development.They not only have the cultural value of inheriting humanistic customs,but also have the value of pleasing children.Folk toys have diverse shapes and strong color contrast.Taking the children’s world as the starting point,they are in line with the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development,and are suitable for equipment and use in kindergarten classes.Therefore,this study takes the current policy document as the direction,investigates the current situation of the equipment and use of folk toys in kindergarten classes,deeply discusses and analyzes,and puts forward scientific and feasible suggestions on this basis,hoping to provide a good reference for the equipment and use of folk toys in kindergartens.This study adopts the questionnaire method and the interview method to investigate the equipment and use of folk toys in kindergarten classes respectively,and compiles an interview outline according to the results of the questionnaire,aiming to deeply understand the current problems and the reasons behind them,so as to put forward targeted suggestions.The study found that(1)The overall level of folk toys in kindergarten classes is medium to above,and it still needs to be continuously improved.(2)In the equipment part of folk toys in the kindergarten class,the replacement and management scores of toys are the highest,and the equipment basis of toys and the equipment of toys are the lowest.Kindergarten teachers majoring in preschool education and high-educated kindergartens do better in the equipment of folk toys;the nature of kindergartens and the region are related to the equipment of folk toys,public schools are better than private schools,and cities are better than rural areas and towns.(3)In the use of folk toys in kindergarten classes,the interaction score between children is the highest,and the interaction score between children and materials is the lowest.Teachers majoring in preschool education and kindergarten teachers with high academic qualifications score higher in the use of folk toys.The use of folk toys by kindergarten classes in cities is better than that in counties and rural areas.There are differences between kindergarten middle classes and large classes in the interaction between children and teachers,and the situation of large classes is better than Middle class.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward feasibility recommendations from the following five aspects(1)Pay attention to folk toys,play its culture,entertainment dual value.(2)return to the standard of children,do a good job in the management of toy configuration.(3)improving teachers’ toy literacy and giving teachers the right to equip with toys.(4)set up folk toy resource bank to promote the development of kindergarten-based curriculum.(5)improving the coordination mechanism to achieve win-win cooperation among the“Kindergartens,Colleges and communities”.
