| Since China entered the new era,national defense education has become an important strategic issue that the Party and the country attach great importance to.Military sports is an important part of our national defense education,and also an important part of our physical education.Integrating it into school physical education can not only improve students’ physical quality,but also cultivate students’ patriotism.This study designs and implements the return of military sports to the middle school physical education classroom,and combines the military sports with the school physical education teaching content,aiming at improving students’ physical quality and willpower quality,national defense awareness and national defense concept,cultivating students’ patriotism and national spirit,enriching the teaching content of the middle school physical education curriculum,and improving the teaching quality of the middle school physical education curriculum.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,empirical research,and logical analysis to study the application of military sports in the middle school physical education classroom.Through the investigation and study of the current situation of military sports in the middle school physical education classroom in wanzhou District,it draws the conclusion of the feasibility and necessity of military sports in the middle school physical education classroom,Combined with the investigation and research,the design of the teaching content of military sports returning to the middle school physical education classroom is carried out.After the design is completed,experimental teaching is carried out in the middle school physical education classroom,and teachers and students are invited to evaluate the teaching content before and after the teaching process.The results are as follows:1.Teachers have insufficient understanding of military sports,and their ways of understanding military sports are relatively single.Moreover,the teaching time of military sports in middle school physical education classrooms is short,the teaching content is outdated,and there is a lack of innovation.The military sports exercise programs carried out in middle school physical education classrooms are difficult to meet the needs of students.2.Students do not have sufficient understanding of military sports,and they do not have enough time to receive military sports exercises.There are fewer military sports items that students can learn in high school physical education classrooms,and the current military sports teaching content is difficult to meet students’ needs.3.After the return of military sports to the design of middle school physical education classroom teaching content,consult experts to improve the teaching design of military sports teaching content.The design of military sports returning to high school physical education classroom teaching includes four teaching contents: queue formation teaching design,instrument gymnastics teaching design,directional off-road teaching design,combat foundation and enemy catching skills teaching design.4.By comparing and analyzing the results of the pre test and post test of students’ basic physical fitness,it is found that after the return of military sports to middle school physical education classroom teaching,the flexibility and speed qualities of students have been significantly improved,and the endurance,strength,and agility qualities of students have been significantly improved;Improve students’ willpower,ideological understanding,national defense awareness,and national defense concepts. |
