Along with the national encouragement youth participation in sports related policies,our sports training market ushered in development opportunity.At the same time,in 2019,Wushu was listed as a high school physical education examination item in Shanghai,making the wushu training industry enter a golden period of development.Wushu,as a traditional culture of our country,has its cultural mission as well as healthy bodies.In this context,the study of Shanghai wushu training market has important theoretical and practical significance.In order to further clarify the market internal relations of Shanghai wushu training industry and promote the sustainable development of Shanghai wushu training institutions.In this paper,Shanghai wushu training industry is selected as the research object.Firstly,the literature method is adopted to carefully study the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on wushu training industry.Secondly,we visited 60 martial arts training institutions through field investigation to understand the research needs.Moreover,the external environment of Shanghai martial arts training institutions is analyzed by PEST analysis method,and the environmental basis of economy,policy,social culture and technology is clarified.Based on SCP paradigm analysis,the market structure,market behavior and market performance of Shanghai martial arts training are analyzed by mathematical statistics.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of policies,the government has issued corresponding strong policies to escort the sports training industry,and put forward new requirements to make the martial arts training industry more standardized.In terms of economy,the development of China’s economy and the growth of per capita disposable income in Shanghai also provide conditions for the development of martial arts training industry.In terms of society,the current proportion of the elderly in our country is high,which creates development opportunities for the martial arts training industry in terms of health requirements and has an immeasurable role for physical fitness.In terms of technology,the development of digital industry has also given new momentum to the development of Shanghai’s martial arts industry.(2)The development of martial arts training industry in Shanghai is not balanced.Martial arts training mainly focuses on the training of teenagers and children,indirectly ignoring the young people.Secondly,the institutional products are much the same and there is not too much difference,and the fungibility is high.(3)Shanghai martial arts training market is a low-concentration competitive market,the degree of concentration of Shanghai martial arts training market is low,and the industry competition is strong.Shanghai’s martial arts training market has high entry barriers and low exit barriers.According to the relationship matrix between entry barriers and exit barriers,Shanghai’s martial arts training industry is a high-risk and low-benefit industry.(4)The market structure of Shanghai martial arts training industry occupies a dominant position,which has an important impact on market behavior.The main performance is small difference in the industry,mainly price-oriented.Therefore,institutions at the bottom of the pyramid generally use price as a competitive advantage to limit the market performance of the entire industry,while institutions at the top of the pyramid determine the market price and raise the market price to achieve better market performance without disrupting the market.(5)From the perspective of market behavior,Shanghai Wushu training market lacks specialized organization and management talents,while the degree of attention to publicity and marketing is not high,and the faculty is uneven.(6)The market performance of Shanghai Wushu training industry in the process of development is not significantly affected by the effect of market structure and market behavior.The main performance is that the industry is in a competitive state,and the market behavior in the industry is unreasonable.At the same time,Shanghai wushu training industry has a single income and low profitability.Based on the above conclusions and the current situation of wushu training market development,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:Government departments: First,strengthen the supervision of the wushu training industry,improve the system construction,and ensure the regular development of the wushu training market.Second,help small institutions,adjust the allocation of resources,balance the competitive behavior between large and small enterprises,promote the healthy development of the market.Thirdly,relevant departments should be mobilized to strengthen the construction of teachers in the industry and promote the high-quality development of the industry.Fourthly,we should cooperate with education departments,market supervision departments and health departments to conduct joint supervision on institutional fees and sanitation,so as to ensure that institutional behavior is reasonable and legal.Fifth,strengthen the construction of training standards and guide institutions to enhance standardization.Sixth,government departments at all levels should inspect and supervise institutional pricing,publicity and other aspects to avoid market chaos.Seventh,use the power of media to raise social attention to wushu and deepen public impression on wushu.Eighth,the overall development of sports events,promote departments at all levels to increase support for wushu events,to ensure the smooth progress of wushu events.Ninth,strengthen the training of martial arts talents,and cooperate with relevant departments to promote the development of martial arts teams in various districts and counties.Fourth,promote the operation of digitalization in the industry,and seize science and technology as the primar productive force.Organization: First,carefully analyze the market environment,accurately position,fully tap the characteristics of this project,and meet the diverse needs of different groups such as teenagers,young people and the elderly.Second,strengthen the overall level of the team construction,introduce or cultivate high-quality management talents,strengthen teachers’ learning and teaching ability,improve competitiveness.Third,make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of venues and ensure the safe operation of institutions.Fourth,strengthen their own management team construction.Further build their own organizational framework,standardized management.Fifth,strengthen their own brand building,pay attention to institutional publicity,expand sales channels.Sixth,always follow the new iteration,in case of emergencies similar to the epidemic.Seventh,pay attention to digital use,make full use of Internet channels.The use of digital products can improve the quality of service,and the use of online enrollment to get more attention.Eighth,clear price scale,reasonable charges.Ninth,we should focus on teaching quality,track students’ learning and improve the ratio of teachers.Tenth,in accordance with the regulations and requirements to promote wushu into the campus,conduct high-quality after-school services,run a good school people satisfied with the wushu training institutions.Eleventh,increase the number of competitions,focus on the output of talents,summarize the experience of competitions,innovate the competition forms,and increase the market performance.
