| In this study,the creation of basketball calisthenics and the effect of exercise as the research object,the basketball technical movements and the pace of calisthenics,calisthenics,this paper discusses and studies the creation and effect of basketball calisthenics from various aspects and angles.On the basis of this,the author creates the basketball aerobics for high school girls,and makes teaching experiments on how to improve the physiological,psychological,social health and physical quality of the girls.For High School girls to provide a more rich and diverse exercise program.Purpose of the study: Because high school girls are affected by the academic pressure and their own development period,and because the traditional basketball course emphasizes on competitive content,they neglect to promote the interest of exercise through different means and methods,it has seriously affected the interest and enthusiasm of high school girls in basketball and exercise.What methods should be adopted to promote the enthusiasm of high school girls in exercising and to improve the physical and mental health of high school girls,it is an urgent problem to improve the physical quality and the interest of basketball study of high school girl students.This research takes the high school girl basketball aerobics as the theme,carries on the demonstration research to the basketball aerobics exercise effect.From the point of view of the need of high school girls basketball course and physical exercise,whether the significance,principles,process,elements,methods and effects of the cataloguing of basketball calisthenics on the physical and mental health of high school girls,the impact of social adjustment.Research results:(1)high school girls’ basketball aerobics follows the growth and development characteristics of high school girls and the principle of all-round development of the body,the principle of pertinence and novelty,the principle of close contact with the ball,the principle of simplified,easy to learn and practice,and the principle of mutual coordination between music and movement.By consulting materials,understanding the exercise needs of high school girls,integrating basketball technical movements and aerobics steps,and creating basketball aerobics that meets the exercise needs of high school girls.(2)The 12 week basketball aerobics teaching exercise experiment shows that before and after the experiment,the self-test physical,psychological and social health of senior high school girls(P < 0.05)changes significantly,and the self-test of overall health(P < 0.01)changes very significantly.(3)The 12 week basketball aerobics experiment showed that the weight,BMI and body fat percentage of high school girls decreased significantly before and after the experiment(P < 0.01);The 12 minute running and step index(P < 0.01)increased significantly,the vital capacity(P < 0.05)increased,the quiet heart rate(P < 0.01)decreased significantly,and the cardiopulmonary function of high school girls was improved;The physical quality,muscle endurance and lower limb muscle strength(P< 0.01)were improved,the upper limb strength changed little,the flexibility quality and sensitivity quality(P < 0.01)were greatly improved,and the balance ability(P <0.05)was improved.Conclusions:(1)Basketball Calisthenics play an active role in improving the physical,psychological and social health of high school girls.(2)Basketball Calisthenics plays an obvious role in promoting the body shape and improving the body function of high school girls.(3)through the basketball exercise,the high school girl student’s physical quality presents the remarkable difference,obtains the obvious improvement and the enhancement.(4)through the basketball exercise,high school girls exercise enthusiasm,exercise habits have been significantly improved.Basketball Calisthenics has certain effect on improving the interest of high school girls in basketball study. |
